MondayMonday Online Store – Shipping Policy (South Africa Only)

Thank you for choosing MondayMonday for your coffee and brewing needs! We are pleased to offer shipping exclusively to customers residing within South Africa. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our processes.

Shipping Destinations:

MondayMonday Online Store (https://mondaymonday.co.za/online-shop/) only ships to addresses within the borders of South Africa. We do not accept or process any cross-border or international orders.

Shipping Options & Costs:

We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:

  • Courier Delivery (Nationwide):

    • For orders with a total value less than R1650, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout. The exact amount will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
    • For orders with a total value of R1651 or more, shipping via courier is FREE within South Africa.
  • Local Collection (The Beanery, Hermanus):

    • Customers have the option to collect their online orders directly from our retail coffee shop, The Beanery.
    • Collection Address: Shop C8 Gateway Centre, Main Road, Hermanus, Western Cape, 7200, South Africa.
    • Collection Hours: Monday to Saturday. Please note the specific opening hours of The Beanery, which can be found on our website or by contacting us.
    • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring a valid form of identification when collecting your order.

Processing and Delivery Times:

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

  • Courier Delivery: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location within South Africa. While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen circumstances with the courier service may occasionally cause delays. You will typically receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Local Collection: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection at The Beanery.

Returns Shipping:

Please refer to our full Returns & Refunds Policy (available on our website) for detailed information on initiating a return. For shipping related to returns, please note the following:

    • To return your product, you should mail it to: MondayMonday Roasting Worx Shop C8 Gateway Centre, Main Road Hermanus, Western Cape South Africa

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    • If you are shipping an item over R150, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
